SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY – 100% TRACKED. I ship items from Lithuania (EU) within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Your order will be delivered through your local postal service.
Delivery time depending on where you live, delivery usually takes:
- Europe: 4-8 business days
- USA: 7-15 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-15 business days
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it may take 2 to 3 business days for tracking information to start appearing.

LOST, HELD, DAMAGED OR UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
I am not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. I also do not accept responsibility for parcels misdelivered by the carrier or for incorrect delivery information. I do not refund shipping charges and do not pay for shipping if packages are not collected. Risk and ownership of the ordered goods pass to the Buyer upon delivery.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
For orders placed within the European Union, all prices include the applicable value added tax (VAT) rate. If an order is delivered outside the EU, VAT will not be charged, but the sale price will remain the same. Deliveries outside the EU are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or sales taxes. The price shown at checkout does not include all taxes and duties. I am not responsible for any customs duties and/or import taxes you may incur, or for delivery delays due to customs procedures. Unfortunately, I have no control over these delays or charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering. If you refuse to accept a package due to import charges or duties, you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with the process. Refusing a package will not cancel any duty and tax invoice issued to you after your package has been imported. If the courier company charges us for unpaid duties and taxes, we will deduct this amount from your refund. Please note that if you request a refund for an item on which you paid a customs duty, I will not be able to refund the customs duty, as I do not collect it.
