RETURNS

I want to make sure you love my products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item and receive a refund within 14 days from the delivery date of your order, provided the returned items are in the same condition as they were received. This means the products must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (except for trying on), and all original tags must remain attached to the product. Please note that items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you, and the shipping costs will be charged to you.

All shipping costs related to the return are at your expense. The original shipping charges, customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable.

HOW TO RETURN

I strongly recommend returning items via registered or trackable postal services, as the buyer is responsible for returning the goods. I am not responsible for incoming parcels that go missing. Items lost during shipping cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS

Once I receive the returned items, I will inspect them carefully and notify you by email of your right to a refund no later than 14 days from the date the returned item is received. Until the return is completed, you must keep proof of postage with the tracking number.

Once the return is approved, your refund will be issued as soon as possible. The refund covers the full sale price (this does not include shipping costs, customs duties, and additional sales taxes). I reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded to you in order to compensate for any losses we may have incurred during the return process.
